How can we help?
Influencer vetting process
How we ensure creator quality
How we ensure creator quality
At Pingfluence, we do not accept every creator, and that is intentional.
We are building a community that brands can trust, not just a database of profiles.
Application & Account Verification
Every creator applies through our platform and connects their social accounts.
We check:
- Account ownership and legitimacy
- Consistency across profile, content, and activity
- No duplicate or suspicious accounts
We also use internal tools to flag:
- Fake followers
- Unusual engagement patterns
- Inauthentic growth signals
Audience Quality Check
We do not just look at follower count, we look at who those followers are.
We review:
- Audience location (must align with where Pingfluence operates)
- Demographics and relevance to hospitality/lifestyle brands
- Engagement quality (not just volume)
Accounts with large but irrelevant or low-quality audiences are not approved.
Content & Brand Fit Review
This is where a lot of applications fall short.
We assess:
- Content quality and consistency
- Storytelling ability (not just aesthetics)
- Overall brand fit for current and upcoming collaborations
We prioritise creators who:
- Create engaging, natural content
- Understand how to showcase experiences (not just post them)
- Align with hospitality, lifestyle, and experience-led brands
Holistic Performance Review
We do not make decisions based on one post or one metric.
We look at:
- Overall engagement across recent content
- Consistency over time
- Signs of genuine audience interaction
Sudden spikes, inconsistent performance, or engagement that does not match audience size can impact approval.
Ongoing Performance Monitoring
Getting accepted is not the finish line, it is the starting point.
We continuously review:
- Reliability (attendance, content delivery)
- Content quality during collaborations
- Feedback from brands and venues
Creators who consistently perform well get:
- Earlier access to new opportunities
- Stronger brand matches
Creators who do not meet expectations may lose access over time.
Why we are selective
We approve a limited percentage of applicants to maintain quality across the platform.
This ensures:
- Better results for brands
- More meaningful opportunities for creators
- A stronger, more trusted community overall
