Most of our venues have created bookable offers, which means that you must add a date and time for when you wish to visit the venue.
The venue will then either accept or reject your request.
The first thing to do with a bookable offer is redeem it but tapping 'Request Offer':
After this you will be able to select the date and times you wish to visit the venue by using the date picker:
Once you have sent this request, the venue will either accept of reject or message you in the in-app chat to discuss.
